Jerry Johnson: Jerry, Outstanding job on the Sullivan Family Site. Knowing you all these years I can see you had help in putting this together. The pictures are great! I believe I saw a photo or two of some of the Clyde Barrow gang...and what's with all the cows? I saw a very handsome picture of me when I was a little guy, but then Mimi pointed out that it was Gene. Seriously though, great job and many fond memories resurfaced as I was going through them...except when Grandmother use to whip Jimmy Kohut and me when we were kids visiting the old homestead during the summer. Of course it was always Jim's fault. I'll close for now and Mimi and I will look diligently for any good looking shots of the Ray Clan over the years. Semper Fi (that's Marine speak for "Always Faithful)! Jack (also known as, Jacky...Blanche's boy)

You did an excellent job on the website. I love the date book and how you connected the generations. Do you want us to contribute pictures? If so, how do you want us to do it? Thanks again for a job well done!

My grandma would take me there a few days at a time ..and we would stay at the pond..Wild Uncle Irving would make me LAUGH.. and think. and experience all the animals..and Gods beauty {everywhere}. nothing like the beach. {city{ I always felt proud and important when he was around me.. and most of all very pretty..  Hey gang, First I would like to thank and commend Jerry for doing a wonderful job on the website. Sandra and I think it looks great. I will let Sandra speak for herself (believe me she can do it) about any memories she may have. I met Sandra when I was 18 and went with Blanche, Ed, and Sandra quite often to Micro to visit Jack and Bertha and the 1,000 or so other family members. After church, we always ate lunch at Jack and Bertha's house. I always looked forward to any meal at their house because I loved those red Carolina hot dogs. They were on the table at every meal. I still eat them today. The other memory that I have is about the other meat that was on the table. If there was fat on it, Jack was going to eat it. I would shiver when I saw him take a big bite of fat. He must have been living good because it didn't seam to cause any health problems. At least you couldn't prove it by his age. He passed that liking on to Blanche. She also loves Fat and she is 83.

Subject:Rules To Go By
Write any thing you wish about any thing you wish. Hope some will tell us some good stories about Jack and Bertha and the 16 children from years gone by. If you wouldn't have said it in front of Mrs Bertha, don't think I'm going to approve it for the internet. As large as the Sullivan family is there is bound to be something you might not like about the site. Truth is you don't even have to be kin to the Sullivan Family to be thought of as a part of the Sullivan Clan. If you have trouble believing that, you must have never attended a Sullivan Reunion or never meet Irving Sullivan or been kissed by Dot. Hope you enjoy your site and please visit it often.
